S.P.C.H. shall not be fully serving the purpose without disbursement of the product for outreach. We are designing projects for such implementation by contacting different private funded organizations and respective governments for management. Such undertaking has to be contracted out with help from the global community. After such a project has been put in place, we will still see how it can be self-supportive by undertaking some sort of advertisement.
